Welcome to petvanlife.com (the “Site”), operated by Pet Van. By accessing or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
1. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing. Pet Van reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices or product availability without prior notice. Prices for customers browsing from Malaysia are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices for customers browsing from Singapore are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD), converted from the RM price at a fixed rate of 1 SGD = 3 RM and rounded up to the nearest 5 or 10 cents. Pet Van currently settles all payments in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via our Malaysia-based payment gateway; for Singapore orders, the exact RM amount to be charged is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Billplz, supporting FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, and other listed methods. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Pet Van reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our logistics partner, EasyParcel. Free delivery applies to orders over RM150 within Malaysia and SGD45 within Singapore; orders below this threshold will incur a delivery fee calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference only and may vary due to courier or customs processing. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds page. Please review that page for eligibility conditions and the process to request a return.
6. Product Warranties
Where a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, such warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer or supplier, and any related claims should be directed to them in accordance with their stated terms. Unless otherwise specified, products are sold on an “as is” basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Van shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pet Van or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of Singapore apply to orders delivered within Singapore.
10. Changes to These Terms
Pet Van reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
