Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, dispatching from our hubs in Klang Valley and Singapore.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days of dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Shipping Fees
- Malaysia: free delivery on orders over RM150. Orders below RM150 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
- Singapore: free delivery on orders over SGD45. Orders below SGD45 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, or high order volumes. We’ll always keep you updated by email if your order is running behind schedule.
